Saturn is similar in nature to Jupiter, as far as its composition and behavior is concerned.  It is somewhat less active and cloud banding is hidden by haze high in the atmosphere.  We do not yet have the details of the atmosphere as we do with Jupiter, but it is a fair assumption that conditions will be similar, which rules out the possibility of life in or on Saturn.
